The unit had all the necessities And the quality of the home was really nice! The only downside was the parking garage was right outside the bedroom window. So you could hear everything. The Bedroom window faces parking garage, stairway to other condos and gate to go in and out to pool and Beach area. We really enjoyed our stay in the Ocean Song Building; Rm. 312 at Beachside Colony! We were visiting SCAD so it was myself and my 2 college age kids. The room was spacious and clean, comfortable King bed and pull out sofa in living room. Great beach and pool access, right out your door and a few steps to the gate for pool area and private beach access, very convenient. We ate at The Deck Restaurant and Bar onsite a couple of nights and it was convenient with decent food. We used Tim's for beach chair rentals, AWESOME! They dropped off and picked up for free. We also used Instacart for a food order from Publix which was also very helpful and convenient. The delivery guy was so nice! He went out of his way to put our items in the fridge so they would not spoil! We literally arrived and were on the beach in 5 minutes! Beach is Beautiful!!! LOVED TYBEE ISLAND!
