The property is divided into four individual rentals. The ground-floor units are occupied year-round, while the middle and top floors are available for vacation rentals. This listing features the top-floor unit, offering the best views in the house. Step inside and you’re immediately greeted by the sights and sounds of the Atlantic. The spacious living room overlooks the beach, with large windows that bring the ocean right to you. From here, you can walk out onto your private beachfront deck, the perfect spot to enjoy sunrise coffee, catch the afternoon breeze, or unwind as the waves roll in.
