Southern Belle Pool Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island. The Pool is open during the below dates and times.

Our family stayed here for spring break and had the BEST time! The location was perfect! We were able to walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and ice cream. And it was close to Memorial Park for a picnic at the playground on an overcast day. We had everything we needed in the condo and would absolutely visit again!
Good size for our family and having two full baths and one half was key with teenagers. Plenty of living and dining space as well. Great location close to the beach, pier, and all the good restaurants.
It was everything it was said to be. It was clean and the kitchen had everything you needed. Hot tub and pool was a great bonus. Would stay there again.
Enjoyed the property and proximity to restaurants and shops. The Heated Pool was great even though it was a bit of a walk. Only thing I would have changed was the weather and the Sand Gnats, both of which were tolerable with a little planning.
Everything was perfect. The only complaint is the parking spaces are super small if you have a larger vehicle you can’t fit in the spaces provided. The rooms had the perfect set up and everything else was great.
Property was more than we expected. Location was excellent for us as we were so close to many of the things we enjoy about the beach. Pool and hot tub - a big plus.
Property was clean and ready for our arrival. Had some gate code issues on which I could never get the drive gate code to work. Thankfully the north gate was held open the entire time due to some malfunction, which was the only question of the secure gated community photos of properties
This property is everything it's advertised to be & more! Everything was clean & well kept . Very short walk to the beach. Once we parked our vehicle, we never had to get in it again for anything. Shopping, food, convenient store ,everything is within walking distance. We absolutely loved it. The kitchen is stocked with anything you could possibly need. I should also mention this is a very roomy unit. We would definitely stay here again!
My girlfriends and I loved this rental. The place was huge. We each had our own bedroom, and even in the common areas, we could be together or have space to ourselves. It overlooks a small pool, which was nice. The balcony was huge, and offered a seating area and a table area. Everything was super clean. The property managers reached out on our second day just to see if we needed anything. We’ll definitely be going back to this place. It’s better than the photos on this listing, which is something you rarely get to say.
The condo was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans etc. This is the best stocked kitchen I have seen in all the condos I have stayed previously. The elevator did not work the entire time we were there. I am just grateful we were on the second floor because I have a bad knee. The patio door handle from the Livingroom was loose. Every time we would close the door the handle would fall off. Other than that it was a great place for the money we paid. Beach and restaurants were a very close walk for us.
We were very happy with this property. There is some exterior maintenance happening, but the company was respectful related to any excessive noise. We called the property manager related to an electrical issue in the kitchen and the matter was resolved within 24 hours. The kitchen was equipped with every possible kitchen item. My kitchen at home is less well equipped. Pots, pans and baking dishes looked relatively new and well maintained. Beach is less than a minutes walk away. There was a grill on the deck, but we didn’t use it. The unit was excessively clean and the beds were clean and comfortable. Pictures represent the unit well. Would absolutely stay in this unit again.
This is a great place to stay on the South end. You don’t have to move your car all week unless you want to check out the lighthouse on the north end. You walk out of the parking garage and the beach parking lot is right there. The property is as described. Very well maintained. Drank coffee on the big porch every morning over looking the pool. No one really used it while we were there. It was quiet the first week of May. The elevator was just a step from the front door. The only minor flaw not with the condo is the next story up there were about 3 smokers and when they got up they chain smoked for about an hour so bad I had to go inside for fresh air. This was not my favorite property management group either. We asked if we could park in the garage a couple of hours before check in to go get some lunch not go in just avoid paying the 4/hour parking. Didn’t get a response till over 24 hours later about You can only check in at the EXACT designated time unless you pay the early check in fee. I understand rules, but felt like this could have been communicated better especially in the off season. We enjoyed our week after paying 8 to park next to our condo. Would stay here again just wouldn’t get there till 4:01 and would eat lunch on Wilmington island at the Flying Fish instead of Tybee
This was a very nice condo. Nicely decorated, clean, spacious, big patio, good kitchen with TONS AND TONS of dishes, pans, pots, utensils, etc. The only thing they didn't have was a collection of herbs and spices! Bathrooms were nice, and the master bath is huge. Smart TVs in every room. Easily walkable to several ice cream shops, bars & restaurants, souvenir shops, and THE BEACH! From the door of the unit to the sand is about 3 minutes at a normal pace. So nice.
When you book, they send you videos of exactly what you'll see as you arrive, how to get through the gates, where to park, which elevator/stairwell to take, punching in door codes, the works! This was definitely the most confident I've felt arriving at a new place as it felt like I had already been there from the videos they send.
We were there at the end of March, so the pool was quite cold, but the hot tub was nice. The heated pool down on Silver St. (walkable) is very warm and there are lots of loungers, chairs, bathrooms, etc. It's a small pool area, however, so it got busy quickly. Still didn't have any trouble finding loungers together.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. 4 adults and 4 kids ranging from 1.5 to 11. If there is a noisy area of Tybee Island, this sure isn't it! It was nice and quiet the whole time we were there.
