This had no bearing on our enjoyment of the property as we weren't there to watch TV! Parking is tight as described. We recommend backing into the spot so that you can pull forward on your way out. My car kept telling me I was going the wrong way as if the street were a one-way street. But I never saw a sign indicating that was the case. Everything we needed was on hand and we prepared breakfast every morning and ate dinner at local restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the beach was within 300 yards. The space provided for parking was under the condo. The only drawback that we saw was that our unit was on the 3rd floor with no elevator but the exercise was probably needed anyways. Feeling Tip’Sea was perfectly located for us. Close to Tybrisa and the 18th Street walkover, everything we wanted was just a two minute walk away. The property was very clean and comfortable. Southern Belle Vacation Rentals was readily available for any questions we had and communication was great! We will definitely book with SBVR again! ##### John C.
