No need to drive to the beach and was close to area shops and the pier. Condo was nice and clean and suitable for having children. There was a high chair and pack and play already there. We found the condo to have plenty of cooking utensils, pots, and pans. Large refrigerator. It was clean and well maintained. We even found the starter pack of garbage bags, paper towels, and etc. was sufficient for most of our stay which was 7 nights. The only recommendation I would have is switching the mattress in the master bedroom to a memory foam. The shower in the master bedroom was so handy when coming back from the beach to wash off the children as well as the adults.
