All of our homes are professionally cleaned after each stay, and disinfected using a quaternary disinfectant throughout the entire property prior to each new arrival. Ebb & Flow Unit 1 is a one-bedroom unit that can comfortably sleep up to four guests. Its open-concept layout, proximity to the beach, and world-class amenities make this cottage-inspired home one of the best Tybee vacation rentals. It doesn't get much better than this cozy home tucked away in one of Tybee's coveted south side neighborhoods! This is a property that truly brings the charm and relaxation of coastal living inside the home. Upon arriving, guests can't help but to admire a beautifully manicured property that is situated in a friendly, private beach neighborhood. Step inside to find a charming great room that welcomes guests to relax on a comfortable couch stationed in front of a large television. Next, move into the home's efficient kitchen that is fully equipped with modern full-sized appliances. This location was very clean and spacious for two travelers and potentially more. The walk to the beach is a brisk one (you can step out into the side street and see the dunes!) and it is also a very short walk to Tybrisa street and many of the local shops and restaurants. We had pool access but never actually got around to using it! Too preoccupied with the ocean!Owners were good sbout checking in if everything was going well and I feel like they would have been very responsive if something had not been right.Overall, I loved this stay. This unit is the perfect location to the beach access, restaurants and shops! We had a wonderful time here. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay at the beach. The only drawback to the unit was the size of the bathroom. It is small. The doorway into the bathroom is a little awkward and small as well. We made it work with just two of us. This is a lower unit so there was a little bit of noise from the people upstairs walking around in the evening. Everything else was really nice. We loved sitting out back after coming back from the beach. The outside shower was a huge plus. Comfy bed, sheets and great towels as well! The kitchen is well stocked and very functional.
