However there were quite a few issues. While the rental has obviously been renovated and refurbished, some of the furnishings were of very poor quality. For instance, on the first day of our stay, the coffee table completely collapsed after setting a very light-weight bag on it. Also, the curtain rod in the spare room fell out of the wall because it was not properly secured. Throughout the property, the electric sockets were not properly installed as well, with only one screw in several. The kitchen was another story. While it looked great, there were not proper cookware and there was barely any silverware. One of the appealing features of the property was the kitchen as we planned to cook our meals there to save money. Finally, the "new" dishwasher did not work and we washed dishes on our vacation. Not fun. The location was great and we enjoyed our stay on Tybee Island. This property needs some attention though. ##### Bruce M. This unit provided everything we could need with updated appliances and a large couch for post beach movie times.
