Bed was a bit lumpy but our 3rd floor balcony overlooking the river, dolphins and beautiful sunsets more than made up for it - we spent most if our time out there! And loved the location because we were on the less windy river side yet still could see the curve heading out to the Atlantic. It was very peaceful. Could live without the cats and raccoons the woman on the ground floor saw fit to feed, if that is a complaint? Also, maybe include in the check in literature there are quarters needed for the laundry so bring/acquire on your own. The unit is small, but enough room for my husband and myself. We stayed toward the end of March, and the weather wasn't as warm as we would have liked, we didn't use the pool. There was a used/dirty washcloth on the shower rod still and a lot of hairs in the shower. Some of the glasses were dirty.
