After arriving with our baby on a busy public holiday weekend, the place had not been cleaned and the beds all slept in. Rachel initially got back to me and this was fixed within a few hours. But there were other issues, there was rubbish throughout the outside area, the outdoor bath did not work, the internet did not work, the bbq was rusty and unusable. We contacted the host Rachel to try remedy these issues but received no reply for the two nights we stayed. To try stay somewhere else was difficult after we had paid already, had our baby with us and there were multiple events on in Twizel. I have had to contact bookabach to request a partial refund. ##### Natasha K.
