The one room with the king bed is cramped and makes it difficult to open the on suit bathroom, making entering and exciting the bathroom tight. Would be better with a queen bed. The showers were also smaller, but still usable. Has a large back yard with a nice deck. Would be a great spot to enjoy spring/summer weather. The front is also maintained, but is street parking surrounded by other houses and businesses. May become tricky to find a spot right in front if they become busy.
