Definitely clean when we arrived; you could smell the cleaning products used. It is a VERY small house; but is equipped with two big tvs, an extremely nice and updated bathroom with a nice shower, a comfortable, very large couch, a large washer and dryer,a table to eat at, a basic kitchen stocked with plates, silverware, cookware, spices, a keurig, and blender. There is a large, grassy yard that is fenced (good for pets or kids). It is a very old, and very small space, very basic, not fancy….however, if you just need a place to stay that is clean and covers all the basic needs of a pet owner or an individual with children who need a large, fenced grassy area to play and are looking for value for the price of a regular hotel room….this is your place! *one note though, the steps into the front door and especially out the back door are VERY high. This would not be a good place for anyone with mobility issues!!

Simple property that is clean. Property served as a mid-point for us driving from Colorado to Oregon and back. The house completely served its purpose as a place to sleep during our travels.
