The only issue I had was that it's a basement apartment with very small windows and I don't handle that well. It has a very nice setup for being able to work while I was there and the location is good in relation to the rest of the town. Easy to get to. Parking was okay - at least it was off the street. There should be more insulation between the ceiling and the floor above because we could hear every step that was taken and everything that was dropped by the people upstairs. ##### Lisa M. We've stayed in the upstairs unit before and never noticed the unit below, but the same can't be said for the lower unit. Our upstairs neighbors had a screaming child in the middle of the night for several hours, but that is no fault of the host. I guess I did not read well enough to know that is was a downstair appartment. But the stairs were really steep and I almost fell twice. The place itself was fine. The people above we very noisy and it sounded like they were stomping on my head. After the first night I called my contact person and told her that I was not going to be able to stay there and I wanted a refund. The nice thing there was very good air conditioning and I could stay in a comfortable place when I had to stay in. I wouldn't recommend it for handicapped people, but for me. I'm in early stages and really didn't know how I would respond. We made the best of it and this was a very nice place to do that again. Not recommended for handicap, but since I was able to navigate up-and-down the stairs in the stage I'm in. It was a great place and the host was wonderful and very responsive. I'm happy to say.
