Etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum gelegen verspricht dieses nette Hotel etwas mehr, als es halten kann. Das Zimmer war aber sauber und geräumig, das Personal nach einer etwas holprigen Begrüßung doch recht nett und bemüht, no english. Frühstücksbuffet war gut, sonst eher durchschnittliche Küche. Die anderen Hotels im Viertel sind wohl auch nicht wirklich besser, die Stadt allemal einen Besuch wert!

En la recepción el trato déspota, el servicio de WiFi batallamos en que nos conectarán, despues al subir a la habitación estaba llena de ormigas, las tuvimos que está saldo para que no se subieran. Nuestras maletas , según ellos nos asignaron una habitación mejor, donde las sábanas estaban rotas y sucia la regadera conoelos las coladera y el piso y sin toallas. Tristemente mala noche. Tengo las evidencias.

Decidi no hospedarme por que tardaban mucho en hacer check in y eso que llegue a las 9pm, posteriormente recibi comentarios de los compañeros que si tuvieron que esperar, que habia insectos en las habitaciones y no eran comodas, por cierto no obtuve mi reembolso de al menos una de las dos noches que reserve, queda de experiencia no dejar pagado por anticipado.

Muy amplia y cómoda la habitación., La atención en el restaurante de los meseros muy amables y atentos... Lo que no me gustó:........ la habitación tenía una cafetera y dos tazas para tal fin..y un frigobar ..ok...bien utilizamos la cafetera que no estaba tan limpia. La enjuagamos varias veces....al día siguiente después de la limpieza de la habitación, seguian las tazas tal cual la dejamos.....😟...acaso nosotras tendríamos que lavarlas?!? ..y si así fueran las reglas de ese servicio... Deberían habilitar lo necesario para que el huésped haga ese trabajo.. 🤔 o servicio....también observé que la limpieza del día siguiente no llega al 8 de calificación...

Súper bien ubicada, el personal siempre muy amable. Tuvimos unos detalles con el uso de la tv y del internet porque no hay instrucciones claras en la habitación de cómo usar los controles y la ref de wifi que me parece la tienen sin actualizar los datos en las habitaciones. La comida bastante buena.

The rooms are reasonable, They’re not outstanding they’re not superb but they’re OK. Where I have a problem is the restaurant, absolutely despicable, If it was included in the price it would be bad enough, but to have to pay for it on top, terrible! Also the pool was dirty, even after they supposedly cleaned it in the morning, a lot of hair and debris and a visible layer of oils on top, yuk. Not recommending this Hotel

Cuando llegamos la recepcionista nos dio un pesimo servicio, al llegar a la habitación habia termitas en los muebles (habitación 107), solo pase ahí una noche, pero no pude descansar bien despues de ver a tanto buchito.

Excelente hotel en Tuxtla

Todo excelente durante nuestra estancia. Muy limpio y bonito en cuanto a instalaciones. El desayuno bufette vale mucho la pena.
