"Had an awesome long weekend at The Knoll. The house was perfect. Cozy, clean and very welcoming. The deck on the river was great to sit and take in the view. Got to see the bald eagle who lives across the river. Sitting on the couch watching the fire was a great time. A perfect weekend. "

"Very expensive for what it is. Rooms have no separation from the bar area and had people running and screaming down the halls at midnight. No staff onsite to assist and no response when we reached out the next day. Disappointing, a beautiful area but for the price of a nice hotel with the experience of a poorly run hostel. "

"The house is lovely, with a wonderful wall of windows on the lake, a large and clean hot tub that sees that same lake, attractive furniture and art, an enormous and well equipped kitchen, and very nice bedrooms (especially the master bedroom). Everything was very clean and welcoming. We loved it."
