The property is located in a neighborhood with primarily older, tenured property owners. The area is quiet and private. It is within walking distance of the campus eatery that is located at the main gates on campus next door to the campus bookstore and novelty shop. It is located next to the Tuskegee University athletic fields and courts. When these events occur, they can be seen and heard from this location. The location was great! However, it was hot and the window ac unit is a bit undersized for the space. It’s in the main room but if you keep the br doors open and the ceiling fan on high, you can get through the night (unless you’re really hot natured, like my wife). It’s an older quiet neighborhood.
