Welcome to Tusk-Away! This condo is conveniently located at The Houndstooth Condominiums and under a mile from the stadium! This gorgeous and newly decorated unit is within walking distance of the Strip and Campus! The unit has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can sleep up to 8 people. You can enjoy multiple complex amenities here, which include a pool with waterfall, 24-hour fitness center, and 24-hour business center with free printing! The rooms are perfectly decorated with Alabama colors and pride! The living room has plenty of space for everyone to gather around and play games or watch the Alabama game! The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you need to create a delicious meal or tailgating snacks along with a coffee starter pack to keep the whole group caffeinated! Master: King Bedroom 2: King Bedroom 3: Queen Living room: Queen sleeper sofa The complex pool area is open 24/7\. Please be aware that there are no lights in or around the pool area though. This complex is next to a railroad and busy road, but we have sound machines in all rooms to compensate for it. We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions! \*Please Read Prior to Booking: \*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.\* \*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. This includes the pool and/or hot tub. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.\* \*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.\* \*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.\* \*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.\* \*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.\* \*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. Came into town for parents weekend and rented this condo. It was more than enough space for our family really enjoyed all the extra little touches throughout the condo.
