"LaToya was absolutely the worst host I've ever encountered. I have rented many homes, all over the Caribbean & the world & I have never had the problem I had here. Upon check-in we noticed how unusually warm the home was. I immediately reached out to LaToya to whom became defensive, argumentative and unwilling to properly resolve the issue. I say properly resolve because technicians attempted to "charge the AC unit". But it became obvious that the home needed a completely brand new unit however...

"My husband and I just got back from staying at ridge top cottage at Dragons Cay resort.all I can say is this was one of the best vacations we have ever had while it’s a little bit hard to get to. "We stayed at Dragon Cay for a small get away. The villa is as described, “very clean”and has a nice screened in area with two loungers. The villa is stocked with basic amenities (Shampoo, Conditioner, body wash)to make a quick back pack trip perfect. Kitchen has a full fridge, apartment size stove and was stocked with some coffee, sugar, cream and a gallon of water. "Our stay was amazing! The service and food were excellent, and the staff was incredibly attentive, checking in on us often to make sure we had everything we needed. They went out of their way to accommodate my aunt, who uses a wheelchair, which made the experience even more special. The massages were wonderful and very relaxing. The only areas for improvement would be updating the rooms with newer technology, such as Bluetooth speakers for phones, and modernizing the gym facilities. Overall, everyone truly went above and beyond, and we had a fantastic stay."
