Just steps away from the Egyptian Museum, Piazza San Carlo, Piazza Carignano, and Piazza Castello. Perfect for shopping, with exclusive boutiques in the same building and nearby, and convenient access to the train station and the city's main theaters. The apartment is located on the second floor of a prestigious building with an elevator and concierge service, in a fully renovated section. The entrance opens to a hallway that separates the living area from the bedroom and bathroom. The bright living area includes a modern kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, combined microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all necessary utensils. The same space has a designer dining table, a Smart TV, and a comfortable queen-size sofa bed. The sleeping area features a room with a queen-size bed and a second Smart TV. The living room and bedroom open onto a spacious terrace furnished with a table, umbrella, sunbed, and lounge chair.
