At Balounette we do not apply extra costs for end of stay cleaning! We will be happy to welcome guests who leave the accommodation tidy and in good condition, providing only an ordinary cleaning service. Otherwise a payment of 20 euros will be required on your departure for extra ordinary cleaning (dirty dishes in the sink, dustbin scattered around the house etc). The apartment is located on the top floor (top floor), accessed via a lift or condominium stairs and enjoys excellent quiet and silence; it has a comfortable BEDROOM with a 2m long mattress, therefore also suitable for taller people like me! There is a walk-in closet where you can hang clothes comfortably, a chest of drawers and shelves for sweaters and sweaters. THE KITCHEN is equipped with everything you need; oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, induction hob (there is no gas in the house and this makes it safer for guests too). A small survival kit is also provided with the usual things you don't take on vacation like salt, sugar, oil etc .. the famous "basics"! IN THE LIVING ROOM there is a double sofa bed for any additional guests, a TV with DVD player and an audio system, as well as some books and magazines available! The sofa can be prepared as a single bed ONLY for bookings of 3 people. IN THE BATHROOM there is a washing machine, a large well-lit mirror, a hairdryer, a comfortable shower with a large shower head that gives great satisfaction;) There is WIFI as well as air conditioning. Heating is centralized with independent thermovalves. For maximum security, the house is equipped with an armored door. In the apartment you will find clean sheets and towels together with a small welcome kit consisting of shampoo, soap, shower gel, a bottle of water and a little sweet thought. For any questions, problems or advice, they are available to guests and it will be a pleasure to help you with information on museums, places not to be missed and advice on restaurants etc. Inside the apartment you will find some tourist material about Turin and above all my precious and personal guide on where to eat well in the city! There is a TV with DVD player and an audio equipment too. THE BATHROOM is equipped with a washing machine, a large mirror, a hair dryer, and a comfortable shower with a large shower head. The flat has WIFI and AIR-CONDITIONING. The warming of the flat is centralized, can be modulated by yourself according to your dream temperature: it's working perfectly so that you could also sleep with a t-shirt in December;) The entrance door is a security door for you peace of mind and safety. Matteo's property was perfect for our 3 day stay in Turin - it had most of the essentials we needed and it was great being able to go to the grocery store and make several meals at home. The balconies were great for enjoying a glass of wine and the sunsets were gorgeous over the Alps. The apartment is about a 15-20 minutes walk from the city center, but the walk is easy and full with fun sights, such as the bustling food market, the cathedral of San Giovanni Battista (where the Shroud of Turin is housed), and the Roman city gate ruins. The flat is very nice and well equipped and you will find everything you need for a nice stay. We stayed in Torino while it was very hot and as a consequence of the extreme temperatures the AC in the flat was highly challenged, and not able to bring the inside temperature below 27 degrees. Apartment is on 6th floor, with a small lift, and is very clean and well appointed, bed was very comfortable, compact kitchen well stocked and equipped. Very nice balcony with lovely view of the mountains. We enjoyed being close to the market. Three of the nights there was noise from the Il Maglio Restaurant (karaoke?). The flat is very comfortable, very well-equipped and with a view of the mountains beyond the rooftops. We were lucky to have marvellous weather in November and so the city and the view seemed all the more beautiful. The flat is very well-situated to visit the city on foot. There is an open air market just nearby and then other sights easily reached. There are so many restaurants you are just spoiled for choice. Matteo gave us very clear instructions concerning arrival and departure and there is lots of helpful literature about the city in the flat. Jan 20, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Cozy Penthouse with a Great View Had a pleasant stay in Torino in this cozy and comfortable penthouse apartment for 4 nights. Matteo is a wonderful and very accommodating host that was quick to respond and helpful in every way. We got a lot of use out of the balcony that has a great view of the Alps on a clear day. There was a fabulous flea market downstairs and all around the neighborhood on a Saturday, whilst the central market a couple of blocks away was great to shop for delicious foods. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed for our short stay. The neighborhood is cool, but very local. Although it had everything we needed and is close to the center, it’s not the “posh” side of town, so it took a minute to get our bearings. Wesentliche Ziele sind zu Fuß oder mit der Tram (4,16) gut zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung des Apartments lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Auch bei hoch sommerlichen Temperaturen lässt sich die Wohnung angenehm kühl halten. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es Parkmöglichkeiten. Eine Auswahl attraktiver Cafés und Bars gibt es in direkter Nachbarschaft. Matteo gab gute Restaurant Empfehlungen. Le café obtenu ressemble plus à de l'eau teintée qu'à un café correct. On est bien loin des standards italiens et si vous n'avez pas prévu une alternative il n'y a aucune autre solution proposée Le parking au pied de l'immeuble est très utilisé, non réservé aux résidents de l'immeuble, et par des personnes peu respectueuses à n'occuper que leur place sans empiéter sur les voisines. Bien que l'appartement soit au centre de Turin, avec à proximité toutes les facilités touristiques, c'est un quartier très peu reluisant. Malgré ses réserves agréable séjour. ##### Bernard L. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, direkt am Markt gelegen. Sie ist sehr schön geschnitten und hat alles was man sich wünschen kann. Unschlagbar ist der Blick vom Balkon. Echte aanrader voor een verzoek aan Turijn. Alles goed te doen te voet, met parking voor de wagen die je enkel hoeft te gebruiken voor bezoekjes buiten de stad, vb Superga. Matteo geeft je alle info die maar kan wensen over appartement en de stad zonder overdrijven. Zelfs de 13 dagen die we er verbleven waren een vreugde in dit appartement.
