You can enjoy your vacation in this stylish 7-room villa, spanning 500 square meters across two levels. The property boasts modern and elegant furnishings, with a welcoming entrance hall that leads to an open living and dining area featuring a panoramic window and a dining table. There is also a convenient exit to the garden from this space. On the same level, you'll find a 35-square-meter room equipped with a double sofa bed, a double bed, a kitchen corner, a bathroom with a shower, bidet, toilet, double hand basin, and a television. The fully-equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, eight induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, and microwave. Additionally, there are two more bathrooms with showers, toilets, and double hand basins on this level.  
  
Amenities Included  
The villa is equipped with electric heating and air conditioning to ensure your comfort throughout the year. Please note that heating is available only from October 15th to April 15th. The upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, offers a 26-square-meter room with a double sofa bed, a double bed, a shower, bidet, toilet, and a television. There are also two double bedrooms, each with a shower, bidet, toilet, and a television. One of the double bedrooms is accessible through an exterior staircase and features a panoramic window, a shower, bidet, toilet, a Hammam-Shower, and a television.
