The house was well appointed and the proximity to town was great. Kitchen was well stocked as was the bathroom. The only issue we had was with the a/c which tried it's best to cool the house in 100 degree temps but just couldn't keep up. At night it was much better! Communication with the owner was great! I'm not sure that the property owner sent me the instructions for getting into the house as stated in the listing, but they got back to my message really quickly. First impression - the grass was nearly knee-high and inside was quite musty-smelling. The A/C had a hard time keeping up with the outside heat, during the day it stayed 78-80\* in the house. In my hunt for a knife to make my kids a sandwich, I found a box of sugar in the cabinet that had gotten the attention of a lot of ants, so I took that outside and threw it in the bin that already had a few bags of trash in it. The floor was quite wavy, so I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone with balance issues. The GFCI outlet in the bathroom (without a switch plate on it) was broken, so I couldn't use my hair tools in the bathroom. Water gets extremely hot.
