"I was supposed to meet a family member here, but their flight was canceled and could no longer meet me here in Japan. I needed to cancel this reservation because of this disappointing turn of events. I messaged the hotel staff during the window of time necessary to cancel without late-cancellation fees, however the staff did not respond to me until after that window had passed, and would not budge on their policy of charging me for the entire stay. I was very unimpressed by their business ethics...

"This hotel is perfect. The rooms are clean and cozy, the breakfast is free and delicious, and the staff not only speak good English but provide the best, welcoming service. There is even some free curry/rice dinner as well. The prices are also affordable! I highly recommend Toyoko Inn hotels, there are many of these hotels around Japan and they all very high quality. "アメニティーも色々種類があるしので、 メイク落としなど持っていかなくてOK! 朝食も大変美味しく頂き大満足です。 ご当地うどんが美味しかった。 ウェルカムドリンクもいつでも飲めます。 枕もあまり高くなくて、寝やすかったし、 メール会員になったら、冷えたビールをくれますよ。2人で泊まって2人ともメールを書けば、 2本もらえます。お菓子もありましたが、 私と主人はビールにしました。 良かったので、また機会があれば、 泊まりたいと思います。 "
