You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival. • Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. • Noise: Tulum is a high-growth area with a great deal of real estate development and you may hear construction noise during daytime hours, Monday through Saturday. • Electricity is included in short-term stays (<28 nights) but not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
