About this space  
Ready, set, relax in this perfectly styled private home. This modern and spacious two story, three bed/three bath house is the perfect backdrop for your Tulum getaway. Decorated in Tulum’s signature boho chic style, no detail or comfort was spared.  
  
The property is fully gated for maximum privacy. Garden with soaking pool and rooftop terrace with a second pool, sundeck and covered sitting area. Situated in Tulum’s La Veleta neighborhood, check out wellness offerings at nearby Holistika.  
The space  
Bright and modern 3 bedroom/3 bathroom private house offers two levels of living space, garden, and rooftop terrace + 2 pools. The first level offers an open concept living and dining area.  
  
Prepare a lavish spread in the chef’s kitchen. Stainless appliances including double door refrigerator, full size oven, 4 burner ceramic stove top with a hood, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and chef’s knives. Seating for 4 at the breakfast bar and 6 at the formal dining room table. The wall to wall sliding glass doors flood the room with natural light.  
  
Enjoy the view from the living room looking out to your private jungle garden. Step outside to the fenced in garden furnished with locally crafted woodwork. Enjoy the local flora and fauna, soak in the sun on the loungers.  
  
Cool off in the soaking pool, enclosed by a beautiful wooden deck. Retreat to one of the three bedrooms after a day’s adventure. Each bedroom has plasma tv, walk in closet, private ensuite with deep basin sink, stone countertops, and rain shower.  
  
Bedroom 1 has two twin beds. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and private entrance from the garden. Bedroom three, on the second level, includes a sliding glass door leading to a balcony. The bathroom features a luxurious soaking tub and his and her sinks.  
  
Head to the roof for the crown jewel of this property. Soak in the pool while enjoying the views over the treetops. Enjoy dinner al fresco at the high rise table for 6. Roofdeck offers pool, covered sitting area, hammock, sundeck, and sun lounges.
