Brand New condominium, recently built in Aldea Zama, the most modern residential area of Tulum. The apartment is a fully furnished Penthouse with a Private Patio With A Plunge Pool naturally heated by the sun, where you can enjoy the warm weather of Tulum, it's totally equipped and ready to receive up to 6 guests. The property counts with common areas where you'll find an infinity swimming pool, sun beds, lounge chairs and a beautiful views at the rooftop of the building.

✔ You'll count with the front desk and maintenance of the building from 9 am to 6 pm, also you can contact me by message or pone call in case of any doubt. I won't be present but my co-host will receive you at the apartment in order to give you the keys and all the instructions, you can contact him as well, during your stay.  
Outside of those hours (9 to 6), you'll have a security guard in the building from 6 pm to 6 am in case of any emergency.  
  
Located in Aldea Zama, the newest community in Tulum, which is an international avant-garde real estate project with exceptional infrastructure. The creation of Aldea Zamá was a bold step that defines modern life in the Riviera Maya, merging the antiquity and mysticism of Tulum with the contemporary lifestyle. It is a beautiful ecotourism project that is located in a central area of the fishing village, which makes it possible to enjoy bike rides to the archaeological zone, hotel & shops zone, the beach, the town of Tulum, and the incredible cenotes.  
  
You can move by bike, car or taxi, the beach is about 10 minutes by car from the condominium to the south taking Avenida Coba, and the main part of the town of Tulum is also 10 minutes by car but going north by the same Avenue.  
The archaeological site of Tulum is 15 minutes away by car.  
  
✦ If you have a car, you can leave it outside the condominium, the area is very safe.
