This Tulum home offers complete privacy with all the luxury you expect. Fiber optic internet (wifi). This 3 BR 2.5 BA home is located in a safe, gated neighborhood just a short drive to the beach (10 mins) and nearby restaurants & shops. You'll find everything you need here. This house is located in town in a gated community called Riviera Tulum. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, but yet close enough to everything. The drive to the beach is approximately 10 minutes. The house is completely private. The backyard is enclosed with a plunge pool, perfect for an afternoon swim. The upstairs balcony has amazing views of sunrise or sunset. Place was as shown in the pictures. Very modern and had everything you need. Only issue encountered was an ant problem. They were even upstairs in our beds starting with the first night. Do not leave ANY food out (family member left out a loaf of bread the first night) or you will be dealing with 1000's. They did not bite but were certainly an annoyance for all. The gentleman taking care of the pool and house was available if you needed him. He was kind enough to help us out when my daughter-in-law forgot the Wifi device from Avis and dropped it off at another location so we would not be charged for it. Manuel was great and super helpful, the neighborhood felt safe and it was a 5 min drive to the beach, downtown Tulum and many beautiful cenotes! We rented bikes, scooters, went snorkling and spent time on the beach and just relaxing at the house with the goregeous pool!
