### Modern equipped ECO-Studio Pool / Bikes / AA !!!

The design of the building is clean, modern, elegant and full of renewable technologies; such as the intelligent flower, transparent solar integration, biological water treatment plant, charging station for Tesla electric cars and zero emissions.  
We have our own bikes that you can use. We only ask you to help us take care of them.  
  
Our studio is fully equipped; Perfect for two people. It is on a second floor; near the amazing spa and gym; with a wonderful view of the beautiful pool area.  
The studio has a King size bed, a small fully equipped kitchen, closet space, bathroom and shower, a nice balcony where you can sit and enjoy the view.  
The furniture is beautiful, modern, comfortable and cozy. The bed offers a wonderful night rest.  
There is a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi connection included.  
  
Our fully equipped loft is located in a new eco-friendly condominium and is perfect for your trip to Tulum, with an excellent location.
