There are monitoring cameras in common areas and 24-hour security and underground parking. The complex preserves 50% of green areas and has more than 300 native trees that allow it to offer true contact with the flora and fauna of Tulum. Todo muy limpio y la administración siempre al pendiente de poder ayudar.Es verdad que la luz se fue un día pero como pone el anuncio es debido a la zona, nada q ver con el complejo. Tienen un pequeño generador para no quedar sin luz completamente.Lo único que mejoraría son los instrumentos de limpieza diario, como escobas y trapos para secar la vajilla.
