We are in the jungle surrounded by life, flora and fauna... Enjoy it!
Please note the following information:
Did you know that a spider can make a new web in less than 1 hour? We fumigate and our cleaning standards are high, but that doesn't stop insects, ants, mosquitoes, spiders, scorpions etc.
Within the jungle we have neighbors with whom we live in harmony, such as: toucans, deer, multicolored birds, butterflies, frogs, sometimes snakes, scorpions, lizards, and others.
We ask that you please help us to keep all areas clean, do not leave food or garbage out of place so as not to attract insects.
We are located in the middle of the jungle so internet infrastructure and some services are limited.
You will have to pass 1km of dirt road to get to our space. You can arrive by car, we have open parking at the entrance of our property. If you arrive by public transportation you can walk 1km or take a cab to our facilities.
I will not be physically present, but Jose the manager will be happy to welcome you.
We are located in the heart of the Riviera Maya, between cenotes, beaches, ruins, small towns...
2km from Xcacel Beach “The Sea Turtle Sanctuary”. 500mts from Xunaan Ha cenote. 1km from the town of Chemuyil and the public service stop. Less than 10 minutes from Xel Ha, Cenote Dos Ojos, Akumal. 15 min from Tulum. 30min from Playa del Carmen 1 hour 20min from Cancun airport.
1km away in the town of Chemuyil you will find a couple of restaurants; seafood, tacos, pizza, etc where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will find a greengrocer, convenience store, pharmacy.
We suggest you rent a car at the airport, if it is not within your means you can get there by public transportation. We have open parking.

Jam was amazing and helped with our questions and concerns. We had a great stay. The dome was clean, bathroom was clean. We had a great Jacuzzi. The property was so welcoming. We arrived very late (1130 pm) and Jam still showed us around and made us feel welcomed. It was in the jungle but within walking distance from a nearby town. Amazingggg stay and we would definitely go back again.

A unique and pleasant stay with some mold issues
This is overall a really cool and peaceful place! It felt unique and fun and we in general had a great time. Sitting outside and reading in the jungly courtyard was a joy. The biggest issue was that both of the domes we saw had pretty significant mold on the inside, on the structural tarp and on some of the surfaces like the fan. The first one we tried had also really sickening perfume smell, though the property manager responded quickly and moved us. The pictures of a lily white nice dome aren't accurate entirely anymore, which is understandable given that they are doing upkeep on cloth in a humid jungle! The online listing and pictures are accurate, though the "cenote style jacuzzi" seemed to be pretty cold and dirty (we did not ask for it to be filled though). The check in process is a bit confusing, we just walked in and the property manager eventually just found us. The entrance is through an open-floored building and the whole area feels a little more like someone's big backyard than the jungle, though the backyard is certainly jungly and we did see and hear lots of amazing critters. The rest of the facilities were fairly nice, I was impressed by the amount of hot water we got given the jungle. The location is nice if you want to avoid hustle and hustle and we really enjoyed the nearby restaurant. Tons of nearby cenotes and beaches!
