This first floor unit has keyless entry, and guests may enjoy the shared fenced lawn and patio w/ grill, fire pit and dining area. A great place for pets, string lights turn on automatically each evening, creating a city oasis. We\`re minutes from downtown, the SOBO district, Cherry Street, the Gathering Place, Brookside and more! This first floor unit with keyless entry is easily accessible, although there are stairs into the front of the building. When you walk into the building, the unit is on the left. You\`ll enter into an open living and dining area. A hallway off the dining room leads to the bathroom, one of two bedrooms and the kitchen. The second bedroom is to the left off the kitchen. The back door/rear common stairwell leads to the fenced lawn and patio area, which is shared by guests and tenants. Guests may park in the lot to the North of the building (on left when facing front of building). You\`ll have access to the entire unit, back stairwell and fenced yard/patio. We\`re close by and can help when needed :). Please contact us in the Airbnb app. We are most responsive during normal business hours. In the case of a non-medical emergency, please use the phone number in the listing. We love this place because all of Tulsa’s greatest features are just a mile or 2 away in every direction. It’s the perfect location if you are visiting town for business or pleasure, while keeping a comfortable and safe place to rest. SOBO district is an eclectic mix right outside of the IDL (downtown) situated in-between all the other popular places in Tulsa! Some of the best food in Tulsa is right around the corner! Walk one block to the best Italian restaurant in Tulsa at 18th and Boston. Short drive to Gathering Place, Cherry Street, Brookside, Downtown, BOK center, and Brady/Deco/Blue Dome/Pearl Districts. We\`re minutes away from all arterial highways. There are usually LIME scooters right outside the front door or nearby and Uber/Lyft knows the building well. Tulsa Transit, the city\`s bus system, also is an affordable and convenient option. Since this is an apartment building, guests may hear others in the hallway or in a nearby unit. For extra safety precaution exterior security cameras are in use. We also hold strict quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. Pets are welcome, but need to be approved and added to guest count! Pets are not allowed on furniture and should be crated if left alone in the unit. Excessive cleaning costs due to pet hair may be charged back to the guest. All of the finiture was nice, the appliances were nice and easy to use, and everything was clean! TVs were all configured so kiddo could get his Netflix fix without messing about with passwords. Only problems were small logistical ones: 1\. A tilt window was open in main living room. Closing it properly took some effort as it was s dual avtion tilt or slide up window. The main living space was in the 50s as a result, while a back room was at temp. 2\. Rainfall shower head is nice. But without a wand or secondary spray head, it can feel like you’re drowning. 3\. Heating worked, but had a wall unit and a single remote for two heating units, wasnt sure if they were linked. We just left the doors open so the temps could equalize.
