This charming 35 m² T2 apartment offers bright, modern accommodation, decorated with care to make you feel right at home. The living room, with sofa bed and TV, is the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The fully-equipped kitchen lets you prepare delicious meals, which you can enjoy in the well-appointed dining area. The bedroom, with its warm, uncluttered atmosphere, features a comfortable double bed, ideal for restful nights, with storage space and a TV. Finally, the bathroom is functional and clean, with a spacious shower and all the amenities you need for your stay.  
Immerse yourself in this cocooning atmosphere for a stay in the heart of a beautiful region!

The apartment is located in a charming, picturesque neighborhood in the heart of the small town of Tulle.  
The apartment is close to the Corrèze river, offering a peaceful setting for a stroll. It's a quiet, residential neighborhood, ideal for those seeking a tranquil environment yet close to urban amenities. The banks of the river are landscaped, and the town boasts a number of parks for pleasant strolls and outdoor relaxation.  
The neighborhood is well served in terms of shops and services. Nearby you'll find bakeries, cafés and small local shops, as well as supermarkets for your daily shopping. There are also several restaurants and bars where you can sample local cuisine and spend convivial evenings.
