A bond (security deposit) will be required in the form of a pre-authorisation of a credit card for every booking and an online check in form will need to be completed and returned prior to arrival. Fireplace & BBQ was not cleaned, but we did not use them, also under the lounge & bench in the kitchen needed a vacuum and clean, as we found game items under there. Loved the privacy and quietness of the area and we did all enjoy our stay.
