Atención a la hora de pagar!!!

Hice mi compra por de hoteles.com y cuando recibí el cobro en la tarjeta de crédito, el mismo estaba en dólares, cuando originalmente figuraba en pesos. Obviamente en el cambio me vi perjudicada y no obtuve respuesta alguna de parte del hotel. El importe en $ era de aprox $6300 y me cobraron u$s 66. Vaya si hay diferencia! Por otro, lado el hotel no lo vale.

Por lo que ofrece el hotel Lunahuana,no hay relación alto precio con baja calidad. La atención es buena pero en la habitación el colchón necesita ser reemplazado.La grifería también y arreglar la humedad en el techo del baño .La bañera muestra oxido en la parte exterior.Seria útil pone una jabonera para apoyar el jabon. El desayuno fue limitado, con poca eleccion.Repito que todo debido al precio pagado por las supuestas estrellas atribuidas.

La hosteria es grande, no es nueva pero esta bien mantenida. Habitaciones amplias, limpieza y desayuno estan bien. La ubicacion es buena, hay estacionamiento cubierto. Atencion buena. Puntos negativos: 1) no hay enchufes en la habitacion; 2) avisamos la noche anterior que nos ibamos temprano, dijeron que ibamos a poder acceder al servicio de desayuno para llevar, pero luego al otro dia el sereno no estaba enterado y no siquiera nos pudo dar agua caliente

Nice,clean, well located hotel with poor wifi

Very nice hotel located walking distance to the main shopping and tourist street of the town as well as the main bus station. The hotel has its own restaurant but there are several near by options near by. The hotel is very clean and the staff were helpful. My major issue with the hotel was that the wifi was really bad. I raised this issue with the front desk and was told that it was because there were so many people at the hotel, I was told that it is especially bad on weekends, but I was there on a Tuesday and Wednesday and the hotel did not seem to be running at capacity. Another reason I heard is that the wifi in town is just over all bad, however I used wifi in the cafes and restaurants in town and never had a problem getting a connection. I think the hotel needs to either change their provider or upgrade their system (it is a large property) or both. Not a bad hotel or staff, just poor wifi which is important to me for personal and professional reasons.

Es el Hotel que mas me gusta en Tafí!, Ubicación excelente. Lo único que me llamo la atención es que me quisieron cobrar una tarifa diferente a la acordada x Expedia, que según me dijo el personal, que la página estaba desactualizada!! Mostré el mail de confirmación enviado x UDS, debiendo consultar a sus superiores, cerrándose en que no era la TARIFA, que la que valía era la del HOTEL!! Es confiable EXPEDIA para otros destinos??
