We spent 2 weeks in this lovely Studio. It provided us a private space with every comfort we required. A pleasant walk in shower, a cozy and comfortable bed, a lovely kitchen to cook in, an office area, along with a pleasant and peaceful outdoor sitting area to enjoy the nature of the area. The location was convenient to many of the sites of the area and access to the Green Valley Recreation facilities. Our host was warm and accommodating. We saw plenty of wildlife including a family of javelinas in the wash behind the house and we heard a lot of coyotes at night. For those who like the late night scene I would tell you the sidewalks are rolled up at 8pm and the streets are deserted. Has everything you could possibly need plus extremely clean. Everything appears to be very new and is very nicely decorated. She is an absolutely amazing host, who made our vacation unbeatable. My wife & I have already booked a return vacation for next year and can hardly wait to return. The rental suite was everything advertised and more. Mildred saw to our every request without hesitation and then some. The rental suite is lacking nothing for anyone looking to enjoy a vacation without any worries. Mildred’s thoughtful attention to detail continually amazed us as we enjoyed settling in for our 1-month stay. The neighborhood is quiet but convenient to Madera Canyon, the interstate, groceries, etc. It is a great option if you're looking for outdoor activities but the canyon is booked up and/or expensive, as was my case. This was my first time using VRBO and everything about the process was easy. Highly recommended. ##### Thomas S. The space as a studio could not have been better designed or appointed. High end appliances make it easy to dine in with all accessories needed.
