Pool: Heated, year-round with outdoor furniture and longue area. (Heating: $150 startup, $50/day; 72-hour notice required). Pool can be heated to 80 degrees 24 hours a day. Please note: Events and parties are not permitted at this property unless expressly approved by the host in advance. Great spot for a winter warm up, 15 minutes to fantastic restaurants and events in town, and the desert wilderness right out the backdoor! The couch in the shade In the backyard was a great place to watch the desert wake up over coffee, deer, coyote, and quail, from behind a railing 6 six feet up;)The house was very clean and in good repair.
