We have the home serviced regularly for pests. ACCESSIBILITY: There are multiple steps in the home and the backyard, and may not be suitable for those with mobility challenges. POOL AND SPA: The pool and spa are fenced in for safety, however guests use at their own risk NO GARAGE: There are 2 covered parking spaces as part of a carport. There is plenty of additional parking in the driveway. SERVICE STAFF: We have the pool and spa serviced 2x per week, and trash service that takes the bins to the curb and back. Guests may see these attendees during their stay. We also have cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and maintenance services but they are scheduled between guests unless something occurs at the last minute. Stocked kitchen with all supplies, spices and high end cookware. Loved the individual blanket wraps available to use when outside by the fire pit. Plenty of towels and hot tub was always heated and ready. Bathrooms were all stocked with toiletries and high end hairdryers. Several desks in rooms and computer screen and cable available. These were used by people that were checking emails and working while on vacation. Thank you for the phone chargers that were left for our use! The two master suites are ideal for keeping the family on one side and creating a separate space for another adult. There are plenty of beds and room to spread out. My teenage boys enjoyed the game room and playing bags outside. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with pretty views of the mountains. There's always lots of driving when you are getting around Tucson, but this property is located in a good spot for enjoying the mountains and the city. The house is well furnished, with attention to all the little details for a superior experience. We enjoyed the coffee and espresso machine, blender, and kitchen equipment, the white noise machines in the room, and the plentiful towels.I was with a group of cyclists, and the large lobby made it easy to get in and out with a few bikes.Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Laurel made sure we had enough supplies.My only tiny little bummer was that the pool isn't heated, but as the temperature rose, it wasn't an issue.Will book again, thank you ! ##### Marie-Soleil B. The bedrooms coupled with en suite bathrooms allow for privacy, but the outdoor public space provides ample opportunity for lounging by the pool and sipping a drink around the fire pit in the evening. The location was good for hiking east saguaro park and bear canyon. The pool was a little chilly but we managed a few very quick dips. The short summary is that we had a great time and would highly recommend. The house was immaculately clean and well organized - even house instructions (lights, pool, etc.) and local recommendations are presented as wall art, nicely formatted and presented. Kitchen is fully-equipped; with coffee any way you want to make it, new appliances, and even an XL dutch oven (which we used to make carnitas). Beds were comfy, and each bedroom with own bathroom. Air hockey and shuffleboard were fun indoor activities, and large dining room table for feasting/playing games. Outdoor spaces were spacious and clean - plenty of great spots to sit outside and read or relax. Pool is cold (about 60 degrees during out stay) in February but we swam anyway. Hot tub is a nice touch. Grill area was lovely, with tiled countertops and a full sink. Able to see lots of stars right from the backyard, and the wildlife is right outside the fence. We took a couple of walks along the wash which runs behind the property and saw javelinas, coyotes, hummingbirds, a roadrunner and heard a great horned owl. Really, really cool. Plenty to do in Tucson only a few minutes away - we recommend the Desert Museum and the Pistoleros show. Tucson/Sonoran Desert is a unique place in the world, and this is a great place to stay to experience it. ##### Stephen M.
