Enjoy this quaint historic home built in 1908\. You have all the nightlife including clubs & dives. A stones throw from the Tucson Street Car & just minutes from Downtown & the University of Arizona. Whether you are here for business or pleasure, this is the place! Location! Location! Location! Everything is right here. Park your car in your designated spot on the property and walk. Need to commute downtown or to the U of A? The Tucson Street Car will take you there. The Rail stop is literally a 2 minute walk from here, jump on and go! All restaurants, bars, clubs, dives, shopping, etc. is all accessible on foot or by rail access. This is a duplex with one shared wall. Guests have access to all the amenities of a full house. A kitchen that includes oven/stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and Keurig. We offer complementary coffee and water. A Roku TV with Netflix included. We also offer convenient coded locks which make checking in a breeze. We send the access code the day of your arrival and are available to answer any questions via cell phone anytime.
