Séjour de 7 nuits en décembre 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Jeff & Brandi H. 28 août 2025 Points forts : Propreté The home was gorgeous and the location is beautiful with one issue.........I did not catch this in the reviews -- there is a live band that is literally sitting right outside the patio (there is a new bar next door). They played Thursday-Sunday nights until 10 pm. You could hear the drums and some of the singing with the doors closed and the TV on. It's not the fault of the property owners. I would be livid if I lived back there (the bar used to be a nursery back when we lived there).It is an older property so you deal with some quirks such as lights dimming and flickering if both AC units happen to be running at the same time. The check-in process was difficult because we didn't download the Vacasa app (we booked through VRBO and have app fatigue -- why does everybody need their own app complete with a new username and password?) and the email/text instructions were lacking details such as the building number and how to get there. We arrived after dark and there are very few outdoor lights. It also appears to be run by a national service so when the auto door lock wasn't working (batteries were dead -- we had to change them ourselves), we were left with support via text and an eventual phone call.All in all, it is a great place to stay and we would stay again, but wish the communication was a bit better. Make sure you at least go to the link in the email to read the FULL description/instructions if you stay here. Don't rely on the brief instructions in the email/text. ##### Jeff & Brandi H. Location was great being located across pool and pickleball/tennis courts and only 1 mile to entrance of beautiful large mountain hiking park. Drive to downtown was about 25 minutes on busy roads. We felt safe and comfortable and being close to the pool was a plus. Free music from Three Canyons on the weekends was nice. TVs and appliances were great. Beds comfortable. We would go again! The location can't be beat. It's in the Catalina Foothills, just minutes away from Sabino Canyon Recreation Area. The condo itself was as advertised and the association has decent amenities. However, the management did a poor job. The condo had been only superficially cleaned before my arrival, so there were a fair number of dust bunnies beneath/behind some of the heavy furniture. I had to clean that myself. The bathroom showers and sinks didn't drain properly. Again, I had to fix that myself. Finally, there was no card allowing me access to the amenities. I called 4 or 5 times (and finally resorted to leaving a scathing voice mail) before that was finally resolved over a week into my trip. Unfortunately, those things soured me on what was otherwise a good experience. ##### Jennifer M.
