The property had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect for us. It is a block from the bike blvd to catch the loop 4 miles away, or a short drive to various parking spots along the loop. Pickleball courts, shopping, the University, and great restaurants are all within a mile or two. The quiet neighborhood and private backyard with the hot tub were icing on the cake. Bruce and his wife were excellent hosts and very responsive with any questions we had. Everything was well documented, so it was easy to become acclimated (light switches were labeled, as well as cabinets ) and we felt comfortable right away. We definitely took advantage of the hot tub on both nights of our stay. After walking around all day on Saturday, it was just perfect. Quiet neighborhood, easy to find.
