Being able to walk right out to the bike trail and start walking was a big plus for me. And access to the Ventanna Hiking Trail was great. The unit itself is well maintained and stocked. 2 BR 2 BA with the screened in lanai made for very comfortable accommodations. If you're looking for a luxurious unit, this is not for you. The property is private and quiet with reserved parking. The apartment is very well furnished with everything you might need. There are two private bedrooms and baths. It was excellent for our needs. The property seems to be in a very safe neighborhood. It is about a half hour to the center of Tucson. ##### David M. The host was very easy and enjoyable to deal with and the space was more than we had hoped for. Such a beautiful setting and we took full advantage of the pool and hot tub every day we were there. We had a wonderful stay in this condo in the foothills of the Catalina Mountains. The complex has a heated pool and hot tub, but we did not use it due to cold weather. We enjoyed having a washer & dryer, a walk-in closet and plenty of drawers to put your clothes. The master bedroom had a king size mattress. The second bedroom had a queen size mattress. There were two bathrooms and the master bathroom had two sinks. All kitchen appliances worked as expected. The Christmas decorations gave the place a festive touch. We especially enjoyed the large screen HD TV in the living room. There is easy access to a hiking trail that goes up Ventana Canyon. The trail offers magnificent views of Saguaro cactus and impressive rock formations. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Paul F.
