Family-friendly

This was a very good stay. Working with owner was such an easy and friendly experience. Our family was able to enjoy each other while also experiencing our granddaughter's wedding. Quiet neighborhood with no traffic noise.

Roomy and Relaxing

We were here for a weekend dance competition. The location was great for where we were competing and it was so nice to stay in a home and not a hotel. We had plenty of room and the girls were able to relax and enjoy themselves.

Needs more maintenance…..

To start, the lock box code # was incorrect on one communication. The house notebook inside had several errors: there is no pullout drawer on the washing machine that we could find to put the laundry detergent pod; the handwritten WI-FI code took multiple attempts to figure out; the recycling is only picked up every other week (found that out from a neighbor). Maintenance issues: towel racks were off the walls in the master bath and the upstairs bathroom; lights out in master shower and over the stove; blinds didn’t work in the middle bedroom upstairs; smoke alarm separated from the ceiling. We bought hangers as there were only 2 per bedroom. They could use kitchen towels,

Overall this house was great. Easy to find in a decent neighborhood. One of the beds had no bedding on it. Other than that everything was great.

Everything about this place was perfect! Clean and comfortable. Beds were especially comfortable!! We had trouble figuring out the key box initially and owners responded very quickly to help.

Thanksgiving in Tucson

We were very happy with the property. It was too cold to enjoy the pool, but it was clean and beautiful. We had three couples with 4 children under the age of 4 and had plenty of room. We would stay again if the circumstances were the same.

Great Tucson retreat

We loved our stay at Iris's beautiful home. It's clean and well-equipped. Location was perfect for us. If you're not from Tucson, don't worry that the location may be out of the way - it's actually only 10 minutes to the U of A. But it's lovely to be closer to nature than a lot of Tucson vacation rentals. Communication and check in worked really well. A couple things to note: water could be hotter in showers. Even the first person to shower got somewhat tepid water. Should be easy to address by increasing temp on hot water heater. Water pressure was great, though. Also, we couldn't find a toaster. We used the broiler to toast our bagels, but a toaster would be handier. Maybe I was looking straight at it lol! Thanks again, Iris

Enjoyed My Stay During Business Trip

Overall our stay was great, quiet neighborhood that was close to where we needed to be. Owners were very communicative which was great and the inside of the house was cute, nicely decorated and beds were comfortable.

Just Perfect!

Our home was flooded and we needed to move out within a very short period of time. We messaged Iris and she was extremely accommodating and understanding of our situation. Upon arrival, the house was clean, calm and had everything we needed to recuperate from the chaos. All the furniture, appliances, towels are fresh and well taken care of. It is a lovely home and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Great stay

Great place and neighborhood. Nice and clean. Would definitely stay here again. Only reason i did not give 5 stars was the trash cans outside were super full had nowhere to put our trash. Also only had 1 extra trash bag inside. Beds were nice and comfortable but would be nice to have more then one blanket. Overall great experience.
