### Central 2bdr Gem w/King Bed

Welcome to our beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo! Your family will enjoy a prime location, just 19 min drive from Downtown and 7 min from Northwest Med Center. Surrounded by some of Tucson's best restaurants and shopping, this stylish and comfortable space is perfect for your stay. Savor morning coffee on the spacious balcony, where you can take in stunning mountain and city views, and don't miss the chance to relax while watching the sunset over the red roofs.  
  
The space  
This spacious 912-square-foot condo is located on the second floor and features an open-concept dining and living area. Tucked away in a rear corner of the complex, far from any road noise, it offers exceptional tranquility. Large balcony and windows showcase breathtaking views of the mountains and city.  
  
The kitchen features brand-new appliances, a convenient coffee bar, and is fully equipped for cooking and dining in.  
  
The master bedroom includes:  
  
\* a king-sized bed;  
\* a private half bath;  
\* a walk-in closet;  
\* 43" Roku TV, and  
\* a dedicated workspace.  
  
The second bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed.  
  
A dedicated covered parking spot is conveniently located right in front of the building. Additionally, there is ample uncovered parking available near the entrance for extra vehicles.  
Other things to note  
The community pool is just steps from the building entrance, offering easy access for a refreshing dip. While the pool is not heated, it’s perfect for enjoying during the warmer months from April to November.  
  
A shared laundry room is available in the building, and a prepaid card for the washers and dryers can be provided upon request.  
  
This condo is located on the second floor and requires climbing three sets of seven steps. Please keep this in mind if you have any mobility concerns.  
  
Service and emotional support dogs are welcome, please contact me prior to booking.

#### Don’t miss sunset time on the balcony!

Just as beautifully decorated and well-appointed as the listing indicates. Super quick and simple communication with the host. A perfect, safe, unbelievably quiet location. Did I mention the sunsets?! Highly recommended!

very clean quiet place. Building is older but clean, restful. Covered parking space in the AZ heat is very welcomed! AC, Internet, kitchen are great.
