It is centrally located and an easy drive to shopping and restaurants. Ken has it nicely decorated with functional and newer ammenitites such as a grill, cooktop and pots and pans. The house was clean enough to make my OCD mom happy which is hard to do. The communication with Ken could not have been better either. He gave me all the information that I needed responded promptly to any questions or concerns and I truly wished I could stay a lot longer. We enjoyed watching the quail and rabbits while we sat in the front patio in the cool morning air. We also enjoyed the thick towels in the bathrooms. Lots of room and everything we needed for a week was supplied. The master bed was comfortable, and we liked having a tv in our bedroom.
