"We stayed in early January in a triple room. The hotel has recently been renovated and it had only just opened. The location is EXCELLENT! It is a few minutes walk down the hill to the Clotes lift and slopes - ideal for a short ski break. There is a sizeable ski room with heated boot warmers and plenty of space. Our room was large but lacked much storage. We had 2 small shelves, and a rail to hang clothes onto, but only 4 hangers - not ideal with ski kit and clothes for 3 people. The room...

"My daughter and I stayed for a week. The check in staff and shuttle driver were all lovely. The restaurant/bar staff were a bit hit and miss. The room was very nice, shower amazing, good charging pod which was a bonus. There were no drawers which was difficult for a weeks stay. We ate 1 night at the hotel and it was awful. It was 35 Euro per head for a buffet starter of antipasti veg (some very nice) and the same limp salad, meat and cheese served at breakfast. The desserts were...

"The Lobby is great. Has a very nice atmosphere with live music and a gorgeous fireplace. Staff is very kind and professional. However, rooms are too small considering the kind of luggage that’s usually carried for winter sports. Also rooms are somehow noisy. The restaurant serves a good breakfast but they should improve the availability of all the dishes they offer. Some of those we wished to order were unavailable. "

"This is a very nice hotel, with wonderful staff. The rooms were clean and spacious. "The property is advertised as a good place to stay when skiing, but it is too far away and not accessible by the transport buses or taxis. Walking is hard (30 minutes), especially after a day skiing. Do not stay here if you want to make the most of the slopes. You could take a car, but would meed to park in Sauze centre, which is expensive.The induction oven causes power cuts. You cannot use it otherwise no power to the apartment. You can only use one ring on the hob, otherwise it will also cause a powercut. You cannot run any other appliance if the oven is on. The plates ajd cuttlery were wet and dirty. They had not been cleaned properly before we arrived. The sink was also blocked, and wouldn't drain properly. Hot water runs out after 1 normal length shower, which was not good for the two of us staying. This stay was very disappointing. It was expensive to not even have a working oven. We were plagued with powercuts and were uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the place. "
