飲料水が準備されて無く、水道水を飲料出来る蛇口がありません。また、部屋の電子ロックの作動が悪く、ドアの建て付けに不具合がある様子。コスト削減で安くなっているようだが、安全性の点検は最低限やってもらいたい。

古い街並みの無人スタッフの清潔でコンパクトで鍵もしっかりしているので安心な宿泊施設です タオルがふわふわなのと、狭いですが、しっかりしたシャワールーム、また、共同の浴場もあります 朝食はこの宿泊施設から300メートル位東へ進んだところの箕作カフェを利用しました（和食は予約制） 中心部から少し離れますが、近くに駐車場もありますし静かに夜を過ごされたい方にぴったりだと思います

受付は基本、無人です。 事前に受付案内が送られて来ます。 訪問は車でないと厳しいです。 駐車場は旅館の細い路地を行くと10数台停めれます。 受付はタブレット方式で事前に案内された暗証番号を入力します。 お年寄りは悩むかもしれません。 部屋は畳で6畳くらいの部屋でオートロックです。 静かで綺麗です。 部屋にはシャワーがあります。 朝もシャワーしましたが、温度が冷たく暖かくならなかったのは残念です。 1階喫茶店は休館日でした。 周辺飲食は時期によりオープンは異なりますが調べて行かれる事をおすすめします。 トータル感想としては、 リフォームされた古民家で綺麗です。 ビジネスホテルとは異なった楽しみがあります。 津山城も近いですし、ゆっくりされたい方は良いと思います。 ちなみにチェックアウトは10時です。 無人で、人とのふれあいは期待できませんが、早めに訪れて周辺飲食店などでコミュニケーションするのも楽しいかもしれません。 お二人で楽しむとさらに味のある街並みと古民家です。

部屋の畳が汚れが多数あり、ベタベタして 気持ち悪かった。シャワーしかなく非常に 狭かった。安いから仕方がないが… トイレは部屋に個別に有り良かった。 ホテルに入るときが面倒で分かりにくい 玄関とホテル内、部屋と全て暗証番号が 必要で面倒くさい。 チェックインも分かりにくく、 全員の写真を取ったり(そこまで必要か？) 時間が掛かり、本当に面倒くさい！ 個人情報とかも心配になる 二度と利用はしないと思う。

夜遅くのチェックインだったので、ほとんど寝るだけでしたが、満足です。 エリア的には日中は散策が楽しめる場所で便利だと思います。 部屋にたどり着くまでに番号が何個も入力しないとならず、夜だったのと荷物もあり少々やりづらかったかなと思いました。
