Located in the picturesque village of Tregony, between Truro and St Austell, this delightful first-floor apartment is an excellent base for discovering Cornwall’s natural beauty. The apartment is conveniently situated above a local shop, providing easy access to everyday essentials. Private access is located at the rear, along with designated parking for two vehicles. Inside, the apartment is designed to maximize space and comfort. The spacious, open-plan dining area is bright and welcoming, and the comfortable lounge area opens onto a large balcony. The three bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with ample storage. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, making meal preparation a breeze.  
  
For those eager to explore the surrounding area, local buses to Truro, Portscatho, and St Mawes are readily available, offering easy access to nearby attractions and stunning coastal spots. The vibrant town of Truro, with its variety of shops, restaurants, and cultural landmarks, is just a short bus ride away. The idyllic coastal villages of Portscatho and St Mawes provide the perfect setting for a tranquil seaside escape. Additionally, The Roseland Peninsula, with its beautiful beaches, lush gardens, and scenic walking paths, offers the perfect chance to experience Cornwall's wildlife.
