This condo is also the closest lodging option to Northstar Village, where you can enjoy restaurants, shopping, ice skating, and live music. For a special evening out, take the gondola up to the Ritz-Carlton for fine dining. In warmer months, the Truckee River and endless outdoor adventures are just a short drive away. 🌲 Things to Know This home is on the second floor; no elevator is available. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances. This rental does not have air conditioning. Maximum occupancy is 5 guests (excluding children under 13). Guests may access the Northstar Recreation Center amenities (lap pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis, basketball, and fitness center) for a daily fee of $10/person (children 4 and under are free). 🏊‍♂️🎾 Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Everything in the photos is exactly what you get in person. The furnishings are all very modern and the kitchen very new and well stocked with appliances, spices, foil/Saran wrap, etc. There is a Keurig coffee maker and an electric water kettle. The gas fireplace is remote controlled and blows hot air to heat up the room quickly. There is no AC but there is a Nest thermostat. The customer service from Turnkey was very helpful and is literally available 24/7\. They were able to answer my questions promptly via text, including some problems with the cable TV not working initially. The only area that could be improved is allowing us to have a later check out time. We understand that during COVID, there needed to be more time for cleaning in between bookings. However, when I checked online, the condo was not booked the day we were leaving or any of the weekdays afterwards. Check in time is after 4 p.m. and check out time is 10 a.m. It would've been good to have an extra hour in the morning to pack up and eat breakfast, but that is pretty minor. The location of the condo was very convenient and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a fun getaway in the snow! We enjoyed the ski-in/ski-out location at Northstar. ##### Adeline Y.
