Beaver Pond. Peaceful. Rec cen/pool/hot tub at HOA. Large deck. Welcoming and comfortable, this 4 bedroom, 2 bath, plus loft cabin in the coveted Beaver Pond area of Northstar (so close to the village, slopes, rec center) hosts plenty of room for two families. We have a large flat lot for the kids to play outside. Beautiful back deck to relax, BBQ, and listen to the babbling brook running through the back yard while gazing at the stars. You will be minutes to the slopes and rec center and the shuttle will pick you up and drop you off at our flat driveway (we are one of the closest neighborhoods, a very short ride compared to homes off of Basque or Skidder Trail). Enjoy the Northstar Property Owners Association rec center pools/hot tubs/ tennis courts, pickle ball courts, gym, snack shack, craft shack, and game center for $10 per person per day. New, large, super comfy sectional downstairs (best couch we've ever owned), King sized primary bed with new mattress, twin mattresses downstairs and upstairs are new. Contactless check in/check out. Keypad entry. Reliable high speed internet, approx. 175 Mbps. YouTube TV & 3 HD TVs with on demand viewing. Kim the owner was always prompt and very accommodating. We made good use of the kitchen and grill cooking breakfast and dinner. The hot tub was amazing as well. We didn’t do any cooking so I can’t judge the kitchen. The twin bed mattresses were too soft for our preference. Nice deck where we saw a shooting star & a bear. She was great to communicate with and responsive to text/email messages. The house was great for two families with kids. The adults could hang out in the living room area and upstairs there was a separate area with a couch for the kids to gather. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. Hope to rent this cabin again in the future. ##### Millie L.
