Tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood in Truckee, this exquisitely designed ranch-style Tahoe vacation home effortlessly blends modern comfort with western elegance. The interior exudes rustic allure, featuring vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, and subtle western-inspired accents throughout, embodying the charm of a refined mountain retreat.  
  
As you enter, you are immediately welcomed by an inviting open-concept living space, where every detail has been carefully curated to create an atmosphere of warmth and sophistication. The living room, centered around a 55” flat-screen TV, features high-quality leather furnishings, complemented by a gas fireplace framed by stunning stonework and a wooden mantel. The rustic ranch-style décor and artwork add a personal touch, while expansive wood floors and soaring ceilings create an airy, inviting ambiance.  
  
The dining area, adorned with a beautiful chandelier, flows effortlessly into the chef's kitchen—a dream space for culinary enthusiasts. At the heart of the kitchen is a large square island, perfect for meal prep or gathering with loved ones. With ample counter space, stainless steel appliances, a six-burner KitchenAid stovetop, an inset microwave, oven, food warmer, and a walk-in pantry stocked with essentials, this kitchen is both functional and stylish. ABOUT THE AREA  
Pine Forest is arguably one of the most desirable locations in Truckee. Offering large, modern homes and available homesites, surrounded by 236 acres of mature trees, you'll find what you're looking for in Pine Forest. Minutes to Historic Downtown Truckee, you are connected by a paved bike & walking path which can be taken full advantage of during our mild Tahoe summers.  
  
Discover the vibrant and historic downtown Truckee, spend a day on the stunning Lake Tahoe, and enjoy incredible winters at Northstar Resort. Nearby, you'll find world-class golf courses, wineries, and breweries. You can also go fishing and boating on the Truckee River or horseback riding through the scenic countryside.  
  
A short drive away is Truckee's Regional Park. In the summer, enjoy basketball courts, Frisbee golf, two baseball fields, weekly summer concerts, a Farmers Market, and a BBQ area (reservations required for events or busy evenings). In the winter, the park features an open-air ice rink. The Legacy Trail, which begins at the park, runs 7 miles along the Truckee River into Glenshire and is paved for biking or running.  
  
Less than a mile from this home is Historic Downtown Truckee, Drunken Monkey Sushi, and Fifty-Fifty Brewing Company. You are also a short drive from the Truckee Bike Park and Donner Lake, which offers paddleboard and kayak rentals, public docks along the north shore, and a dog-friendly beach along the east shore.  
  
This location allows for easy access to many ski resorts. Northstar California Resort is just a 15-minute drive away, while Palisades Tahoe is only 20 minutes away, and Tahoe Donner is just 18 minutes away
