Please contact Tahoe Donner for up to date pricing. Per local ordinances, outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited (gas grills are ok). Smoking on-site is prohibited, including the deck. This home is not equipped with air-conditioning. Six maximum number of occupants (excluding children under 13 years of age) permitted. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Security camera details: Exterior security camera on the garage. It was very clean and well stocked, has a very spacious kitchen, fun game room, and garage that can fit an SUV with a roof rack. The location is quiet, in the upper part of Tahoe Donner, but very convenient access to downtown Truckee and Sugar Bowl ski resort. We hope to stay again! ##### Adam J. Minimal functional pans for cooking. 1 non stick omelet pan had so many non stick flakes peeling off food had to be thrown away. Fireplace works but it needs clear directions. We arrived during a snow storm and were welcomed with easy entry and garage access. (The garage door is tall enough to keep all the equipment on the car!) The kitchen had everything we needed for coffee and meals. The teenagers enjoyed the pool table in the downstairs area and entertainment access was again, easy. We had some difficulty getting the gas fireplace to work but eventually figured it out on our own. The space is nice for casual visiting and playing games (pool). The coffee maker didn't work the first day but the property management responded and brought a new one. The only suggestion I have is that the kitchen be stocked better with frying pans, knives, pots, etc. But overall we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend it to others. ##### Eric S. The property management was a disaster. The wifi was completely down when we arrived. We are very familiar with complex wifi connectivity and we reset, tested speed, did everything possible and we had no access to wifi. All TV’s were streaming only so that also meant we had no access to tv/movies on any tv in the house. On top of that we had zero cell service at the property (ATT) so we had to leave the home to text, call someone, or get online. To me, that’s borderline a safety issue. It’s not the rental’s fault for no cell service, but be aware if you have ATT, you likely won’t be able to use your phone. I let them know immediately and they gave me very basic router reset options which we’d already tried. They said they’d get back to us on this which never happened. We also could not figure out how to turn on their fireplace based on instructions left and they also never replied to us on that. We asked if the bbq on patio had propane or not and they also never got back to us. You are basically speaking to a “robot” with vague answers if you have an issue while there, so know going into this that you likely won’t have help. We left the cabin after less than 24 hours (paid for 4 nights) but management was still uncaring and unhelpful. ##### Amy P.
